What size do I need?

Take the same size as your jeans waist size (unless wear your jeans low). If you are between two sizes take one up for looser fit or one down for tighter fit.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

What does pre-order mean?

The TBô Tribe co-creates a different limited edition product each month. In order to assure the most sustainable production process, we manufacture these products according to demand since this reduces a lot of waste! We launch each limited edition for pre-order first so that we get an estimated amount of how many of these products should be produced. But not to worry: once the pre-order phase is over, we will also offer these products as limited editions on our website.

What does man-shaped pouch mean?

How can I return my order?

You can return unopened and unworn products within 90 days after your purchase. Therefore, just contact our Customer Service. They will provide you with a prepaid return label.Important: Please make sure to notify us once you drop off the parcel at the post office, so we can take care of your replacement or refund.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email (or SMS, depending on your provided contact information) with the corresponding shipping information. It will include a tracking number that will be updated by the corresponding carrier.
For international orders: You can use the exact same tracking number to track your order with your local postal service, once the parcel arrives in your country.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping within the US if your cart has a value of $55 USD or more.
If it is your first time ordering with us, make sure to spin our lucky wheel, maybe you’ll be eligible for one of our lucky coupons ;) 

(Currently, free shipping coupons only apply within the US.)

Occasionally, we also launch special promotions that include free shipping within the US.

Canada: We offer free international shipping to Canada if your cart has a value of CAD $100 or more.

Switzerland: We offer free domestic shipping within the Switzerland if your cart has a value of $60 CHF or more.

Why does the “no shipping” discount not work?

Please note that discount codes are not combinable with other promotions or coupons. Furthermore, as for now, only customers within the US are eligible for the “no shipping” discount code

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Currently, we are working with USPS as our carrier. In case the order gets shipped to Canada, USPS turns the parcel over to the local carrier (Canada Post) once the parcel arrives in Canadian territory.

How can I use my discount code?

Once you finish shopping and browsing, you can use your discount code upon checkout. You will see a text box on the right hand side of the cart page where you can enter your discount code. The cart page will apply the corresponding discount accordingly.Please note that discounts cannot be combined with other existing promotions that have been applied to your order already.

Why do you have 2 different size charts?

TBô, as your go-to co-creation brand, was founded in Switzerland. Therefore, we used European sizing originally. However, after expanding in the North American market, we decided to adjust our size chart according to your needs. This is why some of our older single products, which are currently in the process of being faded out, still have smaller sizes.All of our newer products have been manufactured according to the new size chart already which you can find overhere

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured by our partners in Hong Kong since the bamboo is harvested there. By turning the raw materials into fabric right on site, we contribute to reduce our carbon footprint immensely.If you want to learn more about our commitment to sustainability,click here.

Do you also offer thongs and jocks?

We just launched our very first collection of thongs and jocks as limited editions. You can find them here andhere. Depending on how much you like them, we might also add them to our regular products ;)

How do I place my order online?

Take your time to browse our online store and discover different cuts in unique colors! When opening a product page, you will have the opportunity to select your size and color of choice according to the availability of our products. After that just add the product to your cart and keep browsing.
Afterwards, you can enter your shipping and billing information and proceed to the checkout page in order to pay for your order. Once the payment goes through, your purchase is complete and you will receive an automated email confirmation.


Please make sure to provide an email address or mobile phone number to receive your confirmation and shipping updates.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

How do I wash my TBôs?

To take the best care of your underwear: Don't use fabric softener or bleach. Don't put them in a hot dryer or leave them to air dry in direct sunlight. How to wash: Separate lights from darks and wash separately. Machine wash in warm (not hot) water. How to dry: Air dry in the shade. If you’re in a hurry, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting and remove as soon as they’re dry.

What do “co-creation” and “TBô Tribe” mean?

TBô is the world’s first DirectByConsumer brand. This means that our customers are the ones who decide the brand’s direction and which products get made. Does the bulge enhancing feature work like a padded bra?

Not at all! Don’t worry about ‘falsely advertising’ your goods - TBô products do not have any padded inserts. The idea behind the bulge enhancing feature is supreme comfort! In comparison to other underwear, our products do not squish, smash or constrict your goods. How can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. You can reach us via contact form, chat, private messages on social media or directly via email at hello@tbo.clothing 

In case you already received the shipping confirmation of your order, it is not possible anymore to process any changes or cancellations. In this case, please return the parcel to the sender or reach out to us once the parcel arrives, so we can assist you with the corresponding return.

Where is my refund?

In case you returned an order, please make sure you notified our customer service, so they are aware of the return and can process the refund.Refunds via PayPal should appear on your balance almost immediately. Refunds via credit card may take up to 14 business days in order to show up on your bank statement. In case this time has already passed and the refunded amount is still not visible on your account, please get in touch with us, so we can follow up with the corresponding bank.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat Rate shipping within the USA costs $ 7.50 USD. 

Flat Rate shipping to Canada costs $ 18.00 CAD.
We also offer free domestic shipping within the US if your cart has a value of $ 50 USD or more.

How long does shipping take?

For all of our products that are available at our website, shipping within the US should not take longer than 7 business days after the order has been processed by our warehouse. However, once the parcel leaves the warehouse, we depend entirely on the shipping and delivery speed of our carriers.Please note that this does not always apply for our limited edition pre-orders that are not available at our webshop yet. Since these products are manufactured according to demand, they start shipping approximately 1 month after placing the pre-order.

How can I use my gift card?

Once you finish shopping and browsing, you can use your gift card upon checkout. Gift cards are considered a form of payment and the cart page will discount the corresponding amount accordingly after entering the code. The value of the gift card is applicable to the total of your order - including taxes and shipping costs.
If the balance available on your gift card is greater than or equal to your order total, then you can click on “complete order”.

If the balance available on your gift card is less than your order total, then you will be asked to choose a second payment method for the balance before completing your purchase.
Please note that gift card codes are unique and only available and visible for you. So make sure to keep the email with your gift card code in a safe place since it is not possible for us to resend it.

What can be done about the tag in the back? (care label)

According to official guidelines, all of our products are required to have a tag in the back. Nevertheless, we know that this little piece of paper can be annoying.This is why all of our products have tear-off care labels!That means that the label in the back has been designed especially so you can easily tear it off using your hand only (no scissors needed!). It does not leave any itchy remains and assures 100% fabric-to-skin contact which is ideal especially for sensitive skin.

Why is TBô sustainable?

We know that sustainability is a really important topic. Mother nature is providing us with everything we need daily, so we are strongly committed to contributing to preserve our environment.
This is why we skipped standard cotton in favor of renewable organic fibers to create our famous and beloved bamboo fabric blend. Bamboo grows a mind-boggling 36 inches per day! It uses way less water than cotton and flourishes without pesticides.

Do you offer a warranty?

All of our products are manufactured with the utmost caution using our premium bamboo fabric blend in order to assure the superb quality. We are confident with the quality of our products, so we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee.


However, please make sure to follow the enclosed care instructions for washing and drying properly in order to preserve the quality of your product as long as possible and avoid any damage to the fabric.
